How to delete your account

1. In the app: open the Account tab, choose Delete account and confirm.
2. On the website: sign in, open My Archive → Account, choose Delete Account and confirm.
3. By email: write to privacy@filmrecipegallery.com from the email address of your account. We reply within five working days.

What is deleted

Your login and profile, saved recipes, Libraries and categories, usage stats and events, account-feedback messages, AI-reading counters, your marketing email choice, every Gallery backup original and its reduced-size copies, and any shared album links.

What can be kept briefly

If a deletion step fails (for example, a network error), leftover photo files are removed by our automatic daily clean-up, normally within 24 hours. Copies in our providers' encrypted routine backups and technical logs are kept until they expire on their own schedule. Nobody can access this data through Film Recipe Gallery, and in all cases it is gone within 30 days. The only thing we keep is an anonymous count of AI readings made that day, which is not linked to you. Data on your phone stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app.
